Meechie Alexander & StudioSouls — Class Act: The Concept Album

Inspired by the energy, humor, friendship, and unforgettable soundtrack of the cult classic Class Act, Meechie Alexander & StudioSouls bring the spirit of the ’90s back to life with a fresh musical experience.

Class Act: The Concept Album blends soulful melodies, hip-hop rhythms, smooth R&B, and cinematic storytelling to create a sonic journey built around friendship, identity, growing up, and finding your own rhythm. Drawing inspiration from the film’s iconic world while creating a sound all its own, the album reimagines the feeling of an era through the lens of today.

From laid-back grooves and nostalgic vibes to moments of comedy, confidence, and reflection, every track plays a part in the story. It’s a celebration of ’90s culture, Black music, and the timeless chemistry that happens when two very different worlds collide.

It’s more than an album—it’s a soundtrack to a class of its own.
